1. Is Way-Fil Jewelry a real store or just a website?
Way-Fil Jewelry has been in business since 1948, specializing in fine jewelry. We are a member of the American Gem Society and the Jewelers of America, both highly ethical organizations for jewelers. We have been in Tupelo, Mississippi (birthplace of Elvis Presley!) since 1972. Come visit us anytime!

2. What is Continental Jewelry Replacement?
CJR is a division of Way-Fil Jewelry. We work with your insurance company to help you replace your valued jewelry item after you have suffered from damage, loss from theft, burgulary or fire. Replacing a precious antique jewelry item is difficult and requires special handling. At CJR we understand your loss and do our best to help you find a replacement that is equal to the item lost. All full-time employees have completed CJR's national training course

3. How do I place an order?
All customers with a valid credit card can place orders on line. All one needs to do is to place desired items into the shopping cart. Once your selection is complete you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

4. How are sales are processed?
All items are subject to prior sale. If an item or items are available and credit card processes you will receive a confirmation email to complete the transaction. If the item or items are not available, you will be encouraged to return to our site to choose another item.

5. How long will it take for delivery?
All web transactions are sent via FedEx. All merchandise is shipped Friday. Items totaling $7000 and under are shipped two day to arrive Tuesday AM. Items totaling over $7000 are shipped next day to arrive Monday AM.

7. What qualifications do you have to grade jewelry?
At the time of this writing, our appraiser holds the highest appraisal certifications available on the American continents. On a national level, she is both a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) and a Certified Gemologist Appraiser (AGS). On an international level, our appraiser is also a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property (ISA), with a specialty in gemstones and jewelry. She is the highest ranked Certified Bench Jeweler (JA) in our state, so in addition to the knowledge of grading jewelry, she has the necessary hands-on expertise to enable her to make or remake any piece of fine jewelry.

8. What if I don't have a diamond or stone, can I buy it from you?
Yes, we have a large selection of loose diamonds and colored stones to fit any of the mountings you see on our website. We also have the hot new gemstone...Moissanite in most any size to fit our antique mountings!

9. Can I get an appraisal for insurance with my purchase?
Yes. We will be glad to furnish one upon request at no extra charge.

10. Is there a charge for sizing?
We will be happy to size your purchase for you at our regular repair rates. However, you are free to select a jeweler in your area, if you wish to avoid additional shipping charges.

11. Is it safe to use my credit cards?
All orders process by Way-Fil Jewelry are secured by Veri-Sign certificates. Veri-Sign is the Internet standard for security using the latest VPN and encryption techniques. For more information on veri-sign please go to www.verisign.com

12. How do you use information you collect from me?
Information is only used in house for record keeping and processing. No information will be shared or sold to any entity outside of Way-Fil Jewelry.
